It's simple: you host your own website on VPS or PC, which runs 24/7, making your website live on the internet. If you turn off your PC or VPS, your website will go down on the Tor network. This is crucial.
You can also set an active status for your website similar to social media. When you're active, a green dot appears on your profile; if you're inactive, the green dot is not shown. In self-hosting, if you shut down your VPS or PC, your website will be offline. Conversely, if you keep your PC running, your website will be active on the internet.

You are using a pre-built database structure for your Website. This option allows you to set a database name, username, and password, which are stored in a file on your server or local PC. It is secure, and the CMS is regularly updated bugs, making it easy to host on Tor.
